Delores is the host of a local TV show. Her current talk show “Dee McNair On The Air” is a weekly program which airs on The Peoples Channel in North Carolina. She is transparent, honest and inspiring in her media, speaking and advocacy work.

An effective communicator and high-performing leader, Delores is a popular sought out speaker to all ages, corporate, non-profit and a variety of women’s groups across the country. A quote she has become known for is a philosophy she lives by, ” It’s not about you. It’s not about me. It’s all about the “WE”. We are stronger together”. Delores is an administrator, mentor and presenter broadly experienced in healthcare, leadership development, talent management and personal coaching. She has more than 15 years as a leader and more than 12 years as a formal mentor and coach. She serves as a member of the Co-management Operations, Planning, Quality, and Executive committees at Duke Hospital, Duke Raleigh Hospital, and Duke Regional Hospital. Delores is a member of the Duke University Hospital Neurosciences and Duke Raleigh Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Councils. A member of ACHE, THEF, MGMA and serves on the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Group on Business Affairs (GBA) Professional Development Committee.

Volunteering and mentoring are strong passions Delores has been committed to for more than 10 years. She volunteers extensively in her community advocating for quality health services, support for the cognitively impaired, the development of mentorship programs and support individual in the transitions of life. Delores is committed to helping others and devotes numerous hours each year to mentoring others and traveling as a motivational speaker. She is also the founder of a 501c3 focused on her passions. She holds a BS in Business Administration, Masters in Healthcare Administration and is certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology in Medical Laboratory Science and has a specialty in Hematology.
